Booking and Payment

1.1 To secure your spot in our classes or events, a full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept online payments through our secure payment gateway.

Refund Policy

2.1 EcoKitchen does not offer monetary refunds after payments have been completed.

2.2 In the event that you are unable to attend a class or event for which you have made a payment, EcoKitchen provides an alternative solution. You may request a rescheduling of your booking, subject to availability.\

Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled class or event.

3.2 A rescheduling fee of 0$ will be applicable to cover administrative costs.

3.3 Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability, and we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time and date.

Cancellation by EcoKitchen

4.1 EcoKitchen reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, instructor availability, venue issues, or low enrollment.

4.2 In the unlikely event of a cancellation by EcoKitchen, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
